This Privacy Policy elucidates our practices concerning the collection, usage, disclosure, and safeguarding of your personal information when you use our website: www.dinzyy.in or the Dinzyy mobile application developed and maintained by Shree Ambica Info Services - a sole-proprietor organization (“We,” “us,” “our,” and “Dinzyy”) having its registered address at 19, Bhagyanidhi, Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad-380061. From herein the customer/user of this website/application will be referred to as “you” or “your.” By using/signing in to our website/Dinzyy app, you agree and consent to us collecting, storing, transferring, disclosing, and sharing your personal information as per this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, you are requested not to use our website or Dinzyy app. Your utilization of the Dinzyy app and website implies your consent to the terms delineated herein :

1. Information Collection

1.1 Geolocation Data

We collect device location data to ascertain proximity to restaurants, ensuring the optimal functionality of our services such as table-booking, meal-booking etc. Our application does not continuously collect location data. Instead, it only gathers location information as needed. Only the last user location data is retained on our servers.

1.2 User Profile Information

  • For the purposes of registration, authentication and to send important transactional messages, we necessitate your email and mobile number.

  • While the submission of pictures/setting up of profile pictures is not obligatory for general users, managerial and waiter profile-images are mandated.

  • Gender information is required for building a more comprehensive user profile, allowing for a more personalized and relevant app experience.

  • Provision of other information such as Date of Birth and anniversary date is optional and if you provide that information, we will use that to optimize our services.

  • Only for the Delivery type of orders, user addresses are necessary. Right now Dinzyy does not provide meal delivery services, hence users may skip it.

  • Though email is required for sign-up, setting up a username is mandatory for a user as required for app functionality (read terms and conditions). Username will be displayed to all users, merchants, restaurants, staff and all other parties not mentioned here but concerned with Dinzyy. Users are requested not to use their sensitive information as their username. Notably, users are allowed to choose a username of their choice that has not already been taken.

1.3 Payment Information

To facilitate transactions, we collect and securely process payment information using a third-party payment Gateway. Refer to our terms and conditions for more details. We do not store any payment information on our servers.

1.4 Order History

We retain a record of your order history to enhance your user experience and provide better service. This information is securely stored and is shared with concerned restaurants only. (i.e. if user A has booked a meal with restaurant B with Reference order no. : 1234, then both user A and restaurant B can view order history for Order No: 1234). However, only ratings(calculated as average) or feedback (shown as feedback with your username and profile picture) given on any order will be visible to all users as required for enhanced experience of all users.

1.5 Device Information

We collect computer/mobile device information to improve our services, analyze trends, and enhance the overall user experience.

2. Information details

2.1 Email Correspondence

Your email address may be employed to disseminate promotional offers. An opt-out mechanism is provided in promotional emails, affording users the ability to unsubscribe at their discretion. However, users will receive transactional Emails even after unsubscribing promotional emails, since transactional mails are a vital part of User-Entity-Dinzyy relationship.

2.2 Push Notifications

Push notifications are like "mini alerts'' on your phone. They are used to tell you about important stuff like your orders and bookings, but they are not used too often for ads or promotions at Dinzyy because that can be annoying. This whole approach is meant to make your experience better, not bug you with unnecessary messages.

2.3 Contact Numbers

User phone numbers are securely stored and remain confidential on our servers. Transactional messages are dispatched preferably via email to mitigate any disturbance to users. However, users may receive some important transactions messages from Dinzyy. Phone numbers may be disclosed solely to the restaurant managers in instances of unconfirmed bookings, with users retaining the prerogative to modify this setting. 2.4 Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties. However, this does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our app and website, conducting our business, or servicing you, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

A. We may share your orders, preferences and relevant information with academic researchers for academic purposes only.

B. We may share your information with crime investigation agencies and other organizations under specific circumstances aimed at upholding legal compliance and ensuring the safety, security, and integrity of our services:

2.6 Dinzyy coins/games

  • In gratitude for our esteemed customers, Dinzyy may award you Dinzyy-coins on order placement. Dinzyy-coins are not real money and will not be used for any transactions. Utilizing Dinzyy-Coins, you can partake in engaging games that offer the chance to win enticing prizes. Only you can know your coin balance. Dinzyy-coins are governed by Terms and conditions, hence, users may read Terms and conditions before proceeding.

  • If you emerge as the victor in a game where physical objects are offered as prizes, we may request your address for the seamless delivery of your reward.
