REFUND POLICY
At Dinzyy, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless experience for all users of our platform. Our Refund Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines governing refund requests, ensuring clarity and fairness in all transactions. It is therefore requested for all customers and entities to go through this policy.
1. General Refund Policy:
Dinzyy acknowledges its responsibility to facilitate refunds in accordance with applicable laws and regulations governing consumer transactions.
Refunds are processed based on the terms and conditions outlined in this policy, ensuring fairness and transparency in all refund-related transactions.
2. Table Booking and In-App Meal Orders:
Customers are reminded that once they physically present themselves at the restaurant/food-outlet and place a meal order through the Dinzyy app, the transaction becomes non-refundable.
For meal orders using meal bookings and/or hunger mode in the Dinzyy app with a customer-specified booking time, an advance payment is required, the percentage of which may vary depending on the restaurant/food-outlet's policy. For more information read terms and conditions.
Cancellations made less than 30 minutes before the booking time are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions. This is to ensure that entities don’t suffer losses and stop the waste of meals.

Upon eligible cancellation, Dinzyy will undertake a thorough review of the order details and initiate the refund process within 48 hours. Customers are advised that additional processing time may be required by the payment gateway.
Customers who do frequent order cancellation shall be subjected to under review and if found frequent, deliberate attempts for order cancellation, Dinzyy may either stop refunds to the customers or terminate their account.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items specified in the terms and conditions, such as promotional offers or limited-time deals, may be marked as non-refundable and are exempt from refund requests.
